Dwight Eisenhower's High School Portrait As his older brothers had before him, Dwight worked nights at the Abilene creamery while attending high school during the day. The 1909 class yearbook predicted he would become a professor of history at Yale University, and that his older brother Edgar would become President of the United States. In reality, Edgar became a lawyer, while Dwight went on to become President. Dwight's graduation portrait shows a stern and solemn "Little Ike." Questions or comments about this page?
